This website project was developed for an industrial park owned and operated by JLL and IDS. The property was formerly home to the iconic Irwindale Speedway in California.

Our goal was to honor the legacy and spirit of the former speedway while repositioning the site for its next chapter. We created a modern, business-focused platform designed to attract industrial and retail tenants, showcasing the new development opportunities and encouraging companies to establish their presence in the revitalized space.
